The Plan

Preliminary plans for my trip consist of this: Leave from KCI Saturday May 15th at 10a.m., arrive in Venice 10a.m. sunday. Train/bus to Paderno del Grappa and begin classes at their University. Classes last from may 17th to june 11th. After June 11th im headed north to explore as many places as possible! I will do my best to keep up with where I go on this blog and especially, I will try to post everything I EAT! My goal is to be as much of an Anthony Bourdain as possible.
